Timothy L. Fort holds the Eveleigh Professorship in Business Ethics and is Professor oBusiness Law & Ethics at the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. He is also an Affiliated Scholar at the Kroc Institute of International Peace Studies at the University of Notre Dame. Fort received the 2022 Distinguished Career Faculty Award from the Academy of Legal Studies in Business. He was nominated for the 2024 and the 2025 Nobel Peace Prize.
Joanne Murphy is Professor of Inclusive Leadership at Birmingham Business School, University of Birmingham. Her research explores leadership, change and organisational development in political volatility, including environments affected by ethno-political conflict, violence and disorder. Her latest book is ‘Management and War: How Organisations Navigate Conflict and Build Peace’ (Palgrave Macmillan, 2020).
Jason Miklian, is a Senior Researcher at the Centre for Development and the Environment, University of Oslo. Miklian has published several award-winning books, academic articles and policy works on issues of conflict and crisis, based on extensive fieldwork in South Asia, Latin America, and Sub-Saharan Africa. He serves on the United Nations Expert Panel on Business and Human Rights and is an expert resource for government knowledge banks in the US, UK, EU and Norway.
John J. Forrer, Director, Institute for Corporate Responsibility; Research Professor, Strategic Management and Public Policy; and Associate Faculty, School of Public Policy and Public Administration at George Washington University. He manages the administrative, research and extracurricular activities of ICR. Prof. Forrer conducts research and teaches courses on corporate social responsibility, sustainable supply chains, impact investing, business and peace, ESG, circular business models, and public-private partnerships. He is faculty advisor for two GW student groups – the Socially Responsibility Investment Fund (SRIF) and Compass: An Impact Investment Advisory.
